'Ruthless Exploitation' similarly strikes four targets twice and reduces turn-based buffs by two turns. Note, however, that this lacks the piercing capability to ignore damage immunity. At Transcendence level 6, it also gains 40% defense penetration. Her passive, 'Cruel Deal', is where the real support happens. It’s incredibly frustrating when frontline units waste time on basic skills while your backline damage dealers are ready to go. Orca's 'Unfair Contract' is the remedy for this tactical headache.

The contract forces an 18-second cooldown increase on frontline allies—while healing them for 60% of Orca's physical attack—and grants backline allies a 25% physical attack boost for two turns plus damage immunity for one hit (up to six times). Since this only targets offensive allies, you can safely stick Orca in the front without breaking your synergy.

As for 'Malicious Debt', it grants a 20% defense reduction and 17% physical vulnerability to enemies hit four times. These stack up to twice. While it's a 100% trigger rate, keep in mind that the enemy's effect resistance might still cause it to fizzle. Focus your weapon main stats on 'Critical Hit Chance' and try to snag some speed. You want to apply that 'Malicious Debt' as early as possible to gain the upper hand. If you're chasing 'Weakness Attack Chance', the Tracker set gives you 65%, but balancing that with crit rate is a tall order. Pick your poison: go Tracker for weakness damage or Assassin for raw crit consistency.
