Pokemon Champions, jointly planned and developed by The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc., has officially surpassed 10 million cumulative downloads worldwide. The game was released on Nintendo Switch on April 8, followed by its global mobile launch on the 17th. Its core gameplay features strategic battles that utilize various elements such as Pokemon types, abilities, and moves.

Pokemon Champions supports cross-play between Nintendo Switch and smartphones, allowing trainers around the world to enjoy battles at any time. Players can engage in strategic battles by leveraging the diverse characteristics of their Pokemon.

To celebrate reaching the 10 million download milestone, the team is providing special benefits for players. All users will receive 100 Fast Coupons by August 31. Fast Coupons can be used instead of Battle Points to scout Pokemon instantly.

Additionally, a mobile launch commemorative event that began on June 17 is currently underway. All players will receive a Raichu along with the items required for Mega Evolution, Raichunite X and Raichunite Y. Furthermore, a Dragonite and 100 Fast Coupons were provided as pre-registration rewards.

A tie-in campaign with 'Pokemon LEGENDS Z-A' is also being held. By transferring Pokemon obtained in 'Pokemon LEGENDS Z-A'—specifically Chesnaught, Delphox, Greninja, and Florges (Eternal Flower)—to 'Pokemon Champions', players can obtain the Mega Stones required for each Pokemon's Mega Evolution.
