Netmarble has rolled out its summer update for the MMORPG Raven 2, headlined by the arrival of the new region, Valtar.

Valtar is comprised of two distinct areas, the Beno Imperial City and Lichtendorf, along with nine hunting grounds. Designed for players at level 85 and above, the region leans into the concept of 'the heart of a frozen empire.' Players will step into this sunless land as pioneers, tasked with the noble duty of reclaiming the sun. While this update marks the initial launch of Valtar, the remaining sectors are set to follow in subsequent patches.

A new progression system dubbed 'Skill Awakening' has also been introduced, allowing for the enhancement of all unique skills. Furthermore, the Special Forces level cap has been pushed to 180, and the 11th dimension of the Rift has been opened.

Those who complete Bartram’s special 7-day mission will earn the Essence of the Sun (a time-limited collection item). Additionally, a 14-day attendance event offers rewards such as Rare Rune Selection Boxes. Various mission-based events are also currently running, providing players with Rune Enhancement Stones and Skill Enhancement Stones to bolster their gear.
