The Netmarble Culture Foundation hosted a family tour event for the families of Netmarble employees at G-Tower on the 4th.

The program was designed to help the children of Netmarble employees better understand their parents' workplaces and foster family bonding. The itinerary included: ▲ Introductions to the parents' workplace ▲ Lectures on guiding children's gaming habits ▲ Hands-on career experiences for the kids ▲ A G-Tower stamp tour.

During the company introduction session, senior Netmarble staff took the stage to explain the nature of their work. Following this, Director Choi Jung-ho of the Game Culture Foundation provided parents with practical advice on managing their children's gaming habits. Parents of younger children shared their common concerns, and Director Choi offered concrete solutions for fostering healthy gaming environments at home.

Meanwhile, the children engaged in their own career exploration sessions. Working in groups, the children tried their hand at game development and presenting their ideas, gaining a firsthand look at what their parents actually do for a living.

The day concluded with a G-Tower stamp tour, featuring mission-based tasks hidden throughout the Netmarble Game Museum, and a fun family photo session at the museum’s 'Life Four Cuts' booth.

One participating employee remarked, "My schedule usually leaves little room for quality time with the kids, so this summer break program was a brilliant opportunity to connect and create lasting memories together."
