The 2026 PUBG MOBILE World Cup, the premier international tournament for KRAFTON's flagship IP, PUBG MOBILE, is set to kick off in Paris, France. Held in conjunction with the Esports World Cup, the tournament features a total prize pool of $3 million (approximately 4.14 billion KRW) and will see 32 teams from around the world compete for the title.

The tournament proceeds through the Group Stage, Survival Stage, and Grand Finals. The Group Stage runs from August 6 to 9, with participating teams divided into two groups. Based on the results, top-tier teams advance directly to the Grand Finals, middle-tier teams move to the Survival Stage, and bottom-tier teams are eliminated. The Survival Stage will be held from August 11 to 12, where teams will compete for the remaining spots in the Grand Finals.

The Grand Finals, which will determine the final champion, will take place from August 14 to 16 and will utilize the Smash Rule. At the end of the second day, a 'Match Point' is set by adding 10 points to the cumulative score of the first-place team. The first team to exceed this Match Point threshold and secure a 'chicken dinner' on the third day will be crowned the champion. If no team achieves this condition, the team with the highest total points after 18 matches will be declared the winner.

Nongshim RedForce and Kiwoom DRX will represent the Korean region. Nongshim RedForce won the PUBG MOBILE Macao Invitational 2026 last June, while Kiwoom DRX proved their international competitiveness by placing 5th at the same event. The Korean broadcast of the tournament will be streamed exclusively via Naver Chzzk.
