Wemade Play announced on the 14th that it will host an event in its mobile puzzle game Anipang 2 featuring the character Wadadagom, running through September 1. Embracing the summer season with a 'Wadadagom in Hawaii' theme, the event features new game backgrounds, puzzle boards, and puzzle blocks, alongside four distinct event modes.

First, the event offers daily in-game item giveaways and a 'Premium Attendance' board that rewards a total of 1,110 winners with prizes such as coffee vouchers, cosmetics, and premium Hanwoo beef sets. In addition to popular events like the Token Exchange and the Spin-the-Wheel, the developer is introducing 'Wadadagom’s Mailbox', where players can use stamps earned from puzzle gameplay to obtain limited-edition items.

This event marks the ninth and final installment of a year-long series of collaborations between the Anipang franchise and well-known IPs. The campaign featured three Anipang series titles collaborating with three popular domestic IPs: Anipang 2 with Wadadagom, Anipang 3 with Molang, and Anipang 4 with Kkaeggugi. The company explained that the 'Wadadagom in Hawaii' event serves as a unique stage that highlights the development team's operational efforts and the special interest of IP fans.

Wemade Play Marketing Team Leader Woo Gyeong-hun stated, "This campaign, which brought together three versions of the original Anipang series with three iconic domestic IPs, will be a memorable one for fans of these IPs," adding, "We are grateful to everyone who has enjoyed both the games and the IPs."
