SOOP will participate as a team owner in the 'HyperX Hong In-kyu Game TV Celebrity StarCraft League Season 2' and will officially broadcast the tournament. This league features former pro esports players, celebrities, and streamers teaming up to compete in StarCraft. The tournament kicks off on August 19 and runs through November 25, spanning three months of main rounds, playoffs, and the grand finale. SOOP plans to expand its StarCraft live streaming content through this team ownership and broadcast.

A total of five organizations, including SOOP, are participating as team owners this season. The SOOP team roster features Director Park Sung-joon alongside Choi Ha-ni and Kerrigan May. The remaining lineup includes Law Firm Beat, led by Director Kang Min with players Lee Seung-hwan and Kwon Jae-kwan; Woori Halmae Tteokbokki, managed by Director Jung Chul-wook with Hong In-kyu and Kim Jun-ho; Giyoung Charcoal Chicken, featuring Director Lee Yoon-yeol with Jang Ki-young and Jung Myung-hoon; and finally, Medica Korea, led by Director Kkap-doy with players Ryu Geun-il and Jang Dong-min.

The matches will follow a best-of-nine format. The structure consists of 3v3 team matches, 2v2 team matches, and 1v1 singles, with each format played three times across the series between players of similar tiers. The first match begins with a 3v3 team format. The team that loses the previous match can choose the format for the next one, but they cannot select the same format consecutively. Furthermore, teams are restricted from fielding more than two Protoss players.

The main rounds will be broadcast simultaneously on SOOP and YouTube from August 19 to October 28. The playoffs and the finals will be broadcast exclusively on SOOP from November 11 to 25. SOOP has also prepared various benefits for viewers; successful match predictions will reward users with 'Gems', which can be exchanged for prizes.
