Behaviour Interactive, the clever folks best known for Dead by Daylight, have served up a brand new slice of alien-blasting action. Set against the backdrop of a cosmic energy resource scramble, the 3-player co-op title is called Exterminauts.

Behaviour Interactive pulled back the curtain on Exterminauts during the Gamescom Opening Night Live showcase. It is a 3-player co-op third-person shooter where you step into the muddy boots of corporate employees tasked with fulfilling dangerously unglamorous contracts across hostile alien ecosystems.

You will be relying on everything from standard-issue shotguns and rifles to heavy-duty machinery repurposed strictly for slaughter and basic repair tools. Thanks to an overdrive system, everyday hardware transforms into instruments of mayhem, which you will desperately need to survive a thoroughly unwelcoming alien planet. Naturally, you need to book it out of there in one piece while managing your team's survival and budget sheets.

Exterminauts is heading to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, though a release date remains under wraps for now. If you fancy a peek, the official Steam page confirms it will feature Korean subtitles.
