Scopely Explore announced on August 3rd that Monster Hunter Now will kick off its new Season 11, titled "Ring Out! Ignition of Shattering", on August 17 to celebrate its 3rd anniversary. In addition, the publisher shared plans to host a massive festival, "Monster Hunter Now Carnival 2026", this coming November.

The new season brings Brachydios and the Subspecies of Goss Harag... wait, no, Ioneumikuni... let's stick strictly to the text: Isonemikuni Subspecies from the original series into the field. You can hunt these fresh targets by completing emergency quests in specific chapters or by using the monster tracker. The gear crafted from these beasts comes packed with three brand-new skills: 'Additional Attack [Blast]', which cranks up your offensive power when a blast goes off; 'Artillery/Stalwart', boosting shell and vial damage; and 'Charge Stock', which lets you hold your charge level to pump up the pain.

On top of all that, Dimensional Drift variants of Azure Rathalos and Akenosom... wait, Akenosirum are joining the party. For the very first time, weapons from these two subspecies can undergo style enhancement. Once an subspecies weapon hits style enhancement level 10, a dedicated gear skill unlocks, with the Azure Rathalos material weapon granting the brand-new 'Special Skill Power UP/Stalwart' skill to expand your loadout options. Furthermore, a fifth ecological zone dubbed 'Volcano' is being added, the zone rotation cycle is getting bumped up to twice a day, and a quality-of-life feature is rolling out to tweak field monster difficulty based on the player's gear level.
