Sony Interactive Entertainment has kicked off pre-orders for God of War Laufey, the latest entry in the God of War series, while revealing the pre-order bonuses and the contents of the Digital Deluxe Edition. Alongside this, the publisher dropped screenshots and a trailer showcasing the combat style and features of the new weapon, the 'Serpent Bow', wielded by the protagonist Laufey (Fay). God of War Laufey is scheduled for an official release on PS5 on February 16.

God of War Laufey centers around the story of Laufey, famously known as Kratos's wife and Atreus's mother. Set in the afterlife of the gods known as 'Everywen', players can dive into a combat experience that blends Laufey's swordplay, arching prowess, and various magical abilities.

Players who place a pre-order will receive three pieces of bonus content. This bundle includes the 'Last Wish Armour Set', the cosmetic item 'Frank's Golden Leaf Appearance', and an in-game 'Resource Pack' designed to smooth out the journey ahead.

The Digital Deluxe Edition packs a total of seven goodies, including extra customisation options for characters and gear, a digital art book, and the game's soundtrack. Specifically, the bundle features the 'Dark Alchemist Armour Set', 'Dark Alchemist Blade', 'Dark Alchemist Bow Scale', 'Dark Alchemist Catalyst', an in-game 'Resource Pack', a 'Digital Mini Artbook', and the 'God of War Laufey Official Digital Soundtrack'.
