Folden Publishing announced that a fresh free demo for the 2D physics-based co-op action game Salty Dogs has been updated in line with the Steam Next Fest. This game can be played solo and supports online co-op play for up to four players. Furthermore, it officially supports Korean.

Salty Dogs features armed dog divers plunging into a polluted sea to fend off swarms of bizarre fish and retrieve treasure. During gameplay, the weight and inertia of the treasures are reflected directly, requiring players to drag them along manually, and the larger the treasure, the more essential team-wide cooperation becomes. If the transport of treasure is delayed, toothed fish may snap the cables.

Players divide into four distinct roles to carry out missions. These roles are split into treasure transport, enemy attack, submarine piloting, and pathfinding, requiring every team member to faithfully fulfill their respective duties. Alongside standard firearms like AKs, shotguns, and miniguns, the game features quirky weapons such as plunger guns and bubble cannons that launch enemies into the air. The goofy fish encountered early on transform into horrifying monsters the deeper players descend into the abyss.
