Actoz Soft announced on August 21 that the autumn update titled Realm of Tastes has arrived in La Tale. The latest patch brings a fresh batch of scenarios, dungeons, revamped guild mechanics, and a handful of quality-of-life tweaks, just in time for a spooky Halloween celebration.

Things kick off with a pair of urgent letters sent to adventurers by Jade, the wizard of the Infinity Corridor, and Zelik of the Fluffy Guild. Naturally, this new narrative arc opens up two brand-new dungeons to explore.

First up is Froggy Pond, where uninvited guests have apparently kept the local amphibians howling non-stop. Then there is Doll Escape Operation, set in a suspicious doll shop that flings open its doors at midnight to let its plush residents lunge at unsuspecting humans. Down in these eerie halls, the developer pits players against boss monsters like Basilissa, princess of the Vane clan, and Tariel, a goose doll clutching a cracked watermelon.

Guild systems have also received some attention. Players now get more choices to customize guild room designs to personal tastes, while the old crop-harvesting feature has been tossed out. In its place, the developer introduces brand-new guild challenge missions like subduction, escape, and mining. On top of that, item lock systems have been polished and a batch-disassembly feature has been added to make inventory management less of a chore.

Meanwhile, Actoz Soft is running a Halloween event titled Suspicious Doll Street to celebrate the patch. Players can dive in through attendance checks, mission completions, and mini-games. Rewards include the 2026 La Deck draw ticket, letting participants snag Halloween-themed costumes like the Gumiho, Grim Reaper, and Virgin Ghost, alongside handy goodies like Platinum Hammers, Challenge Boxes, and Challenge EXP Drinks.
