Originally, 17 voice actors and singers were set to travel to the venue to perform, but the appearance ultimately fell through due to the cast failing to secure their visas. At the time, the organisers and production team had been working with a local concert promoter and legal representatives for over half a year to process the entry permits for the cast.

The promoter repeatedly consulted with relevant authorities and exhausted all possible avenues to make the show happen, but ultimately concluded that it was impossible to push forward with the concert without securing the essential entry visas. Along with the announcement, they expressed deep apologies to the fans who had been looking forward to the event, the performers, and partners involved.

Cygames issued an additional notice at 11:30 AM local time on the 21st, announcing that they would compensate attendees who had planned to visit the venue for their travel and accommodation expenses. They will cover cancellation fees incurred from dropping travel and lodging bookings due to the cancellation, and for those who have already arrived in Los Angeles, they will support eligible expenses for transport and lodging within a specified period.

According to the notice, applicants are required to provide detailed supporting documents, such as receipts showing the payment details, purpose of use, and paid amounts. The organisers asked everyone to keep all records related to their itinerary safe until future document submission opens, adding that specific application methods and further detailed criteria will be announced on the official event website as soon as they are finalised.
