Kakao Games announced on October 28 that an October update has been applied to the MMORPG 'Odin: Valhalla Rising'. The core of this update features improvements to the guild conquest battle and the addition of a workshop system allowing the crafting and enhancement of pet-exclusive equipment. Various events, including the distribution of limited-edition Halloween avatars, have also kicked off.

The updated large-scale guild combat content, the guild conquest battle, has lifted participant limits, and matching scores are now calculated based on the combat power of all participating guild members. Safe zone quick-travel points and an overlay minimap displaying the battlefield situation have been introduced. Participants are rewarded with tokens of battle according to their contribution. Through the newly added pet equipment and workshop system, the player can craft, enhance, and synthesize pet-exclusive weapons, armor, and accessories using materials acquired through pet exploration. A growth element has also been put in place where the workshop level increases depending on the pet's grade and the quantity owned.

Kakao Games is running several events to celebrate the Halloween season. The 7-day attendance event, running from October 28 to December 2, offers the Halloween-limited avatar 'Halloween Masquerade' appearance acquisition ticket alongside 66 Divine Summon Tickets. In addition, the guild coin support mission event running from October 28 to November 11 grants 3,000 guild coins upon achieving missions such as guild attendance, donation, territory defense battle, and cooperative subjugation battle participation.

The pet workshop support mission event will also be held during the same period. Players participating in the event can complete missions related to the newly added pet equipment and workshop system, earning various rewards including Skuld's Exploration Hourglass necessary for content usage and Divine Pet Summon Tickets. From October 28 to October 30, a special hot time event for Rosvifa's Void Ruins will take place for existing server players. During this period, gold and experience acquisition amounts increase, and item drop opportunities are expanded.
