The blockchain version of Playwith Korea’s popular MMORPG, Rohan2, is set to open pre-registrations this September.

NEXUS and Playwith Korea announced on the 20th that pre-registrations for the co-published global blockchain version of Rohan2 will officially commence on September 5.

Based on the Rohan Online IP, Rohan2 features a variety of races including Humans, Elves, and Half-Elves, alongside field boss encounters and a robust combat system. By integrating blockchain technology, the developers have expanded item ownership to an account-wide level and implemented a user-centric tokenomics model optimized for MMORPG gameplay. The title is designed to run on the open blockchain gaming platform CROSS, promising a fresh experience through an innovative in-game economic structure.

The global blockchain version of Rohan2 is scheduled for release in the second half of this year. Playwith will handle operations and customer support for Rohan2, while NEXUS will focus on building the blockchain ecosystem and conducting specialized marketing activities based on CROSS.
