A player reported a bug involving Boots of Swiftness. Vladimir allegedly loses health when leaving the fountain. We are running a test to verify this strange claim.

In League of Legends, the Boots of Swiftness item grants an adaptive stat increase equal to 5% of your total movement speed. However, we've just received a rather peculiar report from a player. Apparently, if Vladimir has these boots equipped, leaving the fountain causes a loss in health. What on earth is going on here? Let's put this claim to the test and see if it's true.
