NPIXEL and publisher Smilegate have unveiled the world of their upcoming title, 'Eclipse: The Awakening' (hereinafter referred to as Eclipse).

Smilegate released a cinematic teaser for Eclipse on the 11th. This multi-platform MMORPG, targeting a 2026 release for both PC and mobile, features enhanced strategic gameplay centered around its core content, the 'Sanctuary'.

The two-and-a-half-minute cinematic teaser explores the theme of human free will with grand production. It depicts the journey of an ancient priest named 'Seraha' as she leaves the collapsed paradise of 'Ederion' to reach the 'Sanctuary', and introduces the game's core element, the 'Numimix Shards', as the catalyst for the story.

Shin Jae-ik, Director at Smilegate Megaport, stated, "This cinematic teaser is our first look at the world and narrative of Eclipse, designed to convey the game's atmosphere and direction," adding, "We plan to release more information sequentially through our official channels, so please stay tuned."
