The legal dispute between Wemade and Actoz Soft regarding copyright infringement claims for 'The Legend of Mir' has concluded with a final victory for Wemade.

On the 11th, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal filed by Actoz Soft. In accordance with the 'Act on Special Cases Concerning Procedure for Appeal', the court determined that there were no significant legal violations in the original ruling and issued a decision to dismiss the appeal without a full hearing.

This Supreme Court ruling confirms the remand decision previously handed down by the Seoul High Court in July 2025.

The Seoul High Court had previously determined that Wemade’s transfer of copyright in China to ChuanQi IP through a physical division was legal. Furthermore, regarding the royalty revenue split from the 'The Legend of Mir 2 & 3' IP licensing business, the court ruled that the 80% to 20% ratio in favor of Wemade and Actoz Soft, respectively, based on past judicial settlement records, was valid.

With this Supreme Court decision, the revenue distribution ratio for the 'The Legend of Mir 2 & 3' IP licensing business has been finalized at 80% for Wemade and 20% for Actoz Soft.
