Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency (BIPA) are launching the 'BIPA x Verse8 AI Game Creation Contest' utilizing the AI-based game development platform 'Verse8'.

The contest aims to discover and foster creative local talent by enabling anyone to easily create games using an AI game development platform.

BIPA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Verse8 to operate the contest. Based on this partnership, the agency is hosting a game content competition for university students in the Busan region.

Verse8 is an AI-based game development platform that allows users to create 3D multiplayer games within five minutes using only text prompts. It supports the entire process, including coding, building, and deployment.

A total of 16 participants will be selected for the contest. Winners will receive prizes, technical support for game monetization, and marketing assistance. All pre-registered participants will also be provided with credits for the AI game development platform.
