NEXON Games has finally pulled back the curtain on its new subculture title, 'Project RX', by releasing its very first teaser trailer.

Developed by the RX Studio under NEXON Games' IO Division, Project RX is a cross-platform title targeting both PC and mobile. The pitch? A quest to build an 'isekai' where players and charming characters coexist. It is being built with Unreal Engine 5, promising lush 3D visuals, cozy lifestyle content, and a narrative that aims to pull you right into the experience.

The teaser gives us a glimpse of our characters enjoying some downtime in parlours, bedrooms, and gardens—reading books or whipping up a meal. It’s all rather serene, frankly. However, the tail end of the trailer teases a shift in tempo with some flashy skill effects, hinting that the peace won't last long once the combat kicks off.

This project carries the DNA of the team behind Blue Archive. Cha Min-seo, who steered the ship for Blue Archive in both Korea and global markets, is taking the lead as PD at RX Studio, while Art Director YutokaMizu, the creative force behind Blue Archive’s signature character designs, is back at the drawing board. Following an internal playtest held back in September, the team is now full steam ahead on development.

PD Cha Min-seo offered a quick word to the fans: "We are truly grateful for the massive interest since the very first reveal of Project RX. Our team is pouring everything into polishing the game's quality, and we plan to share more details sometime next year, so stay tuned."
