Players experience the story from the perspective of Simon Ordell, who has been summoned back to the island of St. Amelia to set things right. The town, quietly submerged under a thick fog, appears abandoned yet carries an unsettling atmosphere. With nothing but the clothes on his back, a medical wristband bearing his name, and an IV bag, Simon heads into the town without any clues. During his journey, he is guided by voices heard through a CRTV he acquires. As he delves deeper to understand the connection between the place and its people, Simon Ordell begins to face fragments of the past that slowly surface.

SILENT HILL: Townfall is played from a first-person perspective. Players must explore, evade, and survive using limited weapons and tools, including the CRTV. Tense evasion gameplay that maximizes anxiety, intense combat, and narrative-driven puzzles slowly reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged. The game will be released on PS5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, with the release date and suggested retail price yet to be announced.
