Macclesfield-based publisher Silver Lining Interactive and developer Square Glade Games released a demo for their open-world exploration game, 'Outbound', on Steam on the 18th.

Outbound is an open-world exploration game set in a near-future utopia. Players can explore various regions and upgrade their camper into their dream home. You can collect materials to upgrade your camper, and it is also possible to grow plants and mushrooms in your garden to cook and eat. The power required for the vehicle can be obtained from solar, wind, and water energy. It supports up to 4-player co-op, allowing you to play with friends.

Through the released demo, you can experience the game alone or with other users. The developers plan to closely monitor user feedback through the demo to refine systems, features, and co-op elements before the official launch.

Outbound is scheduled to be released in the second quarter of this year on PC, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, and will support the Korean language.
