South Korean developer Iggymob has announced its latest project, a 17th-century Joseon-themed action title titled 'Moosa: Dirty Fate'.

Set in a 17th-century Joseon plagued by erratic weather and a spreading contagion, this third-person action game depicts a world crumbling under famine, corruption, and the total collapse of social order. The equipment design blends traditional Joseon attire with unique, stylized elements.

The protagonist is 'Gun', a warrior who has lost everything to this misery. He is on a quest to hunt down the source of this tragedy and chase the legendary Imoogi, all while fighting off yokai and hostile factions. The game features various locations ranging from Joseon's once-thriving cities and centers of power to desperate slums, uncovering the dark secrets behind both the people and the monsters lurking in the shadows.

The combat system focuses on blades and bows. The bow, in particular, serves as a key strategic element. The game features chaotic brawls against mobs, tense sword duels with rival warriors, and 1v1 boss encounters against massive beasts.

Iggymob is a South Korean developer known for action games such as 'Gungrave G.O.R.E' and 'Dogfighter -WW2-'. They are currently developing 'Gungrave G.O.R.E: Blood Heat' alongside 'Moosa: Dirty Fate'.

Moosa: Dirty Fate is slated for release in 2027 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
