Pearl Abyss is kicking off its April Fools' and Easter events on the 1st. Adventurers can enjoy events such as riding a flying donkey to earn various rewards, and a fan art contest is also being held ahead of the game's direct service anniversary.

Until April 15, adventurers can experience the special ability to fly on a donkey. This feature is available for all classes and can be purchased through the stable keeper in each town. Additionally, until April 8, players will receive a benefit where crystals will not be destroyed even if their character dies.

To celebrate Easter, various types of eggs will appear in the world of Black Desert. Until April 15, adventurers can encounter the event boss, the 'Colorful Egg King', which appears near Velia at specific times. Defeating it will grant various rewards such as Cron Stone bundles, Advice of Valks (+150), and [Event] Enhancement Support Box V.

In hunting grounds, eggs with green, yellow, and blue auras will appear. Adventurers who defeat these eggs can obtain Cron Stones, Caphras Stones, and Magical Shards. Furthermore, acquiring the egg's aura provides buffs such as increased item drop rates and additional monster attack power.

Meanwhile, Pearl Abyss has launched a fan art contest to commemorate the anniversary of Black Desert's direct service, which falls on May 30. Adventurers can participate by creating various works, such as fan art or cosplay, until April 30. Selected works will be featured on the in-game loading screens, and participants will be awarded the 'Desert Artist' profile badge.
