Com2uS and Com2uS Holdings announced on the 13th that they are recruiting applicants for the 8th cohort of their job-linked internship program, 'Genius'. The program is designed to discover and foster the next generation of leaders who will drive the future of the gaming industry.

Now in its 8th year, Genius is a core talent development program for Com2uS and Com2uS Holdings, providing aspiring game industry professionals with hands-on experience and opportunities to strengthen their capabilities. With the slogan 'Be GENIUS', this 8th cohort aims to help applicants unlock their potential and advance into the global game market.

Recruitment covers various fields including Game Business, Data Analysis, Game Design, Game Art, Programming, AI (AGENT, MODEL, ART), and Management. Anyone who has already graduated or is expected to graduate by August 2026 or February 2027 is eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted online via the official Com2uS recruitment website until 10:00 AM on May 26th.

The selection process consists of an online application, document review, an online written test or assignment, and a face-to-face interview. Depending on the job role, a portfolio or assignment submission is required during the application phase, and some roles may include a pre-interview assignment. The final selected participants for the 8th Genius cohort will receive practical training and mentoring at the Com2uS headquarters in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, for approximately 10 weeks starting July 6th. Those who demonstrate outstanding performance upon completing the program will be offered opportunities for full-time employment.

Meanwhile, to provide detailed information to applicants, Com2uS and Com2uS Holdings will host an Instagram Live session from the 18th to the 22nd, featuring conversations with senior staff in relevant fields and a Q&A session.
