T1 Base Camp Busan and the Flare esports management team are joining forces this June to host the '2026 T1 Base Camp Valorant Ascent' tournament.

The event is designed to provide Valorant players with practical competitive experience on an offline stage, while also aiming to revitalize the local esports scene and scout the next generation of talent.

Anyone aged 12 or older can participate as a team, with the tournament capped at 32 teams. Registration closes on June 3.

The tournament runs from June 13 to June 20. Matches from the Round of 32 through the quarter-finals will be held online, while the semi-finals and the grand final will take place offline at T1 Base Camp Busan. The semi-finals and final will be broadcast live on SOOP, featuring professional commentary.

T1 Base Camp Busan and Flare stated, "This tournament is meaningful in that it provides a stage for amateur players to prove their potential," adding, "We plan to continue various efforts to foster a healthy esports culture and revitalize the local esports ecosystem."
