Com2uS announced on the 20th that they have rolled out a massive update to mark the first anniversary of Summoners War: Rush's global service. This update introduces a new mini-game, high-difficulty content, and new summons.

First is the new mini-game 'Forgotten Ruins'. It can be accessed via a dedicated menu within the Conquest Field. Players choose one of five characters—Jeanne, Delphoi, Lapis, Cassandra, or Dusky—and progress through a 3x3 grid in a roguelike fashion. The core objective is to survive as long as possible amidst endless combat and achieve the highest score. The game also features season rewards and a leaderboard based on cumulative and top scores to provide new challenges and competitive fun.

The high-difficulty content 'Tower of Origin' has also been introduced. In the Tower of Origin, players climb the tower by battling multiple bosses placed on each floor. Since each summon and magic circle can only be used once per floor, strategic team composition is crucial to utilize your roster effectively. Reaching higher floors grants various rewards, and additional bonuses can be earned through season rankings.

New summons, the Water-attribute Paladin Josephine and the Light-attribute Sky Dancer Yeonhong, have been added. Josephine, a melee tank, buffs herself to gain high defense and provides protection and damage resistance effects to allies to aid survival. Yeonhong, a ranged supporter, maximizes combat efficiency by increasing the team's total damage output once key combat stats are enhanced beyond a certain level.

Meanwhile, Com2uS is hosting various events to celebrate the 1st anniversary of Summoners War: Rush. These include attendance events and a 28-day mission event for returning players, providing various rewards necessary for growth. Additionally, the update expands content across the board, including field stages, Sky Island defense battles, and training enhancement levels.
