On the 4th, Com2uS announced that it is recruiting for the 16th cohort of 'Com2uS Player', its official university student supporters program, to discover and foster talent in the gaming industry. The recruitment is open to university students with a strong interest in games and content. Applications can be submitted online via the Com2uS recruitment website until 10:00 AM on August 18th.

The recruitment is divided into two categories: Producers (PDs) responsible for video planning, filming, and editing, and Content Editors who create design-based assets and short-form media. Any university student residing in Korea is eligible to apply, and applicants must submit a free-format portfolio along with their application. Candidates who are well-versed in the gaming industry, current trends, and AI tools will be given preference during the selection process.

Following document screening and interviews, the final selected participants will engage in activities for approximately six months, from September to February of next year. They will plan and produce content on various topics, including Com2uS recruitment, corporate culture, internal and external events, interviews with employees, and job-related vlogs. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to communicate with recruiters and industry professionals through monthly offline meetings, which provide valuable mentoring opportunities.

Com2uS also provides various benefits to support the participants' professional growth. Completed content will be published on official Com2uS channels with the creator's name credited, allowing it to be used as part of a personal portfolio. Furthermore, participants will receive a monthly stipend, awards for outstanding teams, and a certificate of completion. Those who successfully complete the program will be granted extra points during the document screening process if they apply for a future Com2uS internship.
