With players asking about participation in the Abyss and Ancient Citadel, as well as exchange market liquidity, the developers confirmed that consolidation is on the cards. They plan to roll this out in the second half of this year and promised further details in an upcoming developer note.

This was followed by a barrage of questions regarding the operation of Legend World, regular servers, and specialized worlds. The developers admitted that Legend World is currently struggling with player retention. Their solution is to revitalise Legend World before eventually integrating it into the regular worlds. Starting with the August 19 update, they are launching a growth event designed to help Legend World players build a foundation to compete with those in regular worlds.

Regarding the specialized world 'ZERO', players have pointed out a ceiling in growth and signs of stagnant power dynamics. The team plans to provide measures to bridge the growth gap, provided it does not upset the game's balance. Furthermore, the Abyss 3rd Floor arrives on August 26, matching ZERO and ZERO 2 to stir the pot and break the stalemate. Additionally, following the August 19 update, the war schedule for the existing Abyss 1st and 2nd floors will be moved to Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

News for the South Korea region was also on the menu. The goal for H2 is to revive the South Korea region, and the key strategy is the 'Super Burning Hyper Boost Server.' The objective is to allow for massive, rapid growth before moving characters to regular worlds. These boost servers are not intended to be temporary throwaways; they are designed to help new and returning players level up quickly and integrate into the main game ecosystem.

The developers promised that the festival tasks will not include overly difficult requirements like conquest participation. The Dominion Boss event is making a return, so take note. Dominion bosses will appear in Romern at set times; defeating them yields collection items and a total of 110 summon scrolls. Combined, the festival offers a total of 440 summon opportunities.

Heaven Stones and Potential and Rune Enchanting updates are also on the way. For Heaven Stones, a new slot called 'Giant's Hand' will be added to accommodate specific effect types. A Heaven Stone amplification feature will also be introduced. The system checks the score on the stone, and if it matches the class—for instance, if a melee class like Berserker, Vanguard, Assassin, or Warlord equips a melee Heaven Stone—they receive an amplification bonus.

Rune Enchanting allows for up to three additional stats to be added to a rune. This can be applied once the rune reaches +3, +5, or +7. While you can obtain stats before hitting these milestones, they remain inactive until the target level is reached. Each rune type has different potential stats, so check the details carefully after the update. In the Potential category, a fifth section titled 'Vitality' will be added. This is enhanced using Purple Essence, and the additional effect for this potential path provides defensive stats.

Early access to new content in Battle World

The biggest news is the return of Raven 2 Battle World. This is the second iteration of the event world where players from all regions gather for a two-week period, and the team has clearly worked to improve upon the shortcomings of the first run. Battle World will be open from August 19 to September 2. Server transfers will be supported during this time, with the Ancient Citadel opening on August 22 and the Conquest event on August 29.

The real draw is the early reveal of new content. Players can experience the Abyss 5th Floor in Battle World before it goes live elsewhere.
