Actoz Soft announced on August 19 that the third installment of its 20th-anniversary 'Shining Light of Change' update for La Tale has officially arrived. This update introduces the new 'Pet Miniville' system and a 'Skill Specialization' mechanic.

The Pet Miniville system consists of various zones, including the Plaza, Laboratory, Nest, Playground, and Dungeon Exploration. By placing pets in these areas, users can obtain various rewards. The Laboratory provides coins needed for Miniville operations, the Nest yields new pets, the Playground grants character experience points, and Dungeon Exploration offers dungeon material items. The more pets you place, the more items you can acquire.

The newly unveiled Skill Specialization system allows players to apply desired effects directly to existing Awakening skills, enabling them to craft their own unique combat styles. This system is available to users who have reached Awakening level 120. Skill Specialization can be enhanced or granted useful effects using 'Specialization Stones' obtained from the new weekly dungeon, 'Temple of the Mysterious Forest'.

Equipping Specialization Stones allows for job-specific skill customization, and the visual effects of some skills will also change. Furthermore, sub-classes that previously lacked Infinity skills can now use upgraded, new Infinity skills through the Skill Specialization system.
