Moonton is kicking off a crossover between its idle strategy RPG, Watcher of Realms, and Ubisoft’s crown jewel, Assassin's Creed, starting August 20. This collaboration introduces heavy hitters from the series: Ezio Auditore, Kassandra, Eivor, and Bayek as new playable heroes.

Each hero arrives with bespoke abilities designed to mirror their original playstyles, injecting a fresh layer of tactical depth into the Watcher of Realms combat loop. Ezio Auditore dashes across the battlefield, shredding targets with defence-ignoring assassination strikes, while Kassandra shines as a hybrid powerhouse, offering invincibility, debuff removal, and self-healing to survive the fray.

Eivor swings axes that bounce between foes for chained damage, simultaneously stripping enemy buffs and shielding nearby allies. Bayek, meanwhile, excels at precision long-range engagements, effectively neutralising aerial threats and keeping constant pressure on the opposition. Exclusive limited-time skins—such as Kassandra’s 'Heavenly Descent', Eivor’s 'Oath-bound Armour', and Bayek’s 'Order of the Underworld'—will also be available to dress up these new recruits.

The collaboration introduces three story stages inspired by iconic Assassin's Creed locales. You can battle through the 'Sea of Ancient Sands' in Egypt, the mythical 'Sanctuary of Gods' in Asgard, and the 'Cradle of Wisdom' in ancient Athens, each featuring a thematic boss from the franchise. Furthermore, the limited-time 'Way of the Assassin' web event invites you to embrace your inner infiltrator to complete covert missions and secure unique rewards.

From August 20 through October 18, simply logging into the game will net you Ezio Auditore for free, with an additional chance to earn the character via quests until September 19. Players can also snag hero-specific artifacts, limited summon crystals, and up to 130 free summon opportunities. The event also features a server-wide challenge where everyone works together to boost 'assassination progress' against legendary bosses like Anubis, Hades, and Surtr.

Reaching collective milestones will unlock rewards for the entire player base. By completing equipment upgrade missions, you can earn points to exchange for Ancient Summon Crystals, raid tickets, and limited-edition collaboration avatars. Watcher of Realms has confirmed that this is just the start, with a roadmap of further heroes and content already in the pipeline.
