Look, let us be honest, this week's Meca Ranking for Raven 2 is absolute chaos. We can largely blame two things for this mess: Battle World and the class change ticket. Both shenanigans kicked off with the update on August 19, with Battle World server transfers wrapping up on August 23 and class change ticket sales closing in the early hours of August 26. The final results after everyone finished packing their bags and moving house are now reflected in this week's charts.

Let us kick things off with the popular class charts by server. A total of 17 servers saw some shuffling, with 5 of them belonging to the Solar World. Every lower-tier server except Dolor experienced some movement. Over on Mors and Metus, Berserker climbed to third place, while Vanguard took third on Salus. Fides and Honor saw their second and third-place classes swap places. Solar - Fidessaw Divine Caster climb a notch to second place, while Berserker slipped down to third. Similarly, Deathbringer shoved Night Ranger out of the way over on Honor.

The real epicenter of all this ranking turbulence is none other than Berserker and Deathbringer. Out of the 17 servers that experienced shifts, these two classes saw the most heavy lifting. Berserker moved around in 12 servers, while Deathbringer shifted in 9. The pair are locked in an ongoing tug-of-war for market share and ranking dominance in Meca Ranking.

Don't expect these server-specific popularity fluctuations to stick around for long, though. Next week on September 2, the Battle World event comes to a close, and region-wide server transfers kick off. Those who vacationed in Battle World will head back to their original regions, alongside general server transfers. Naturally, this will shake up everything from the Meca Ranking charts to Ancient Citadel and Siege content environments. Plus, Battle World served as an early preview stage for Abyss 5th Floor and various shiny items. I am quite eager to see what kind of meta-shaking chaos these trailblazing powerhouses will bring back with them.

Overall Class Share

The overall class share across South Korean regions yielded some rather curious results. The rise and fall of class shares are split quite drastically right down the middle of the top 5. Every class from 1st to 5th place—excluding Berserker—saw their share increase, and the higher the rank, the bigger the growth spurt. So that is the secret behind Deathbringer's frequent ranking gymnastics.As for Berserker, share fluctuations throughout August have been practically non-existent. The class only budged by 0.3 percentage points in the first week of August, and a mere 0.1 percentage points in both the second and third weeks. Still, the gap between Berserker and the fourth-place Deathbringer is wide enough that even with pursuers nipping at their heels, the class remains entirely comfortable.

On the flip side, every single class in the 6th to 10th-place bracket bled share. Destroyer, Gunslinger, and Vanguard took some particularly nasty hits to their market dominance. Gunslinger crashed through the 3% floor, while Vanguard dipped below 2%. The fact that this happened right after the class changes and Battle World server transfers wrapped upsuggests that lower-ranking rankers—as opposed to the absolute top-tier elites dominating Ancient Citadel, Siege, or Tower of Chaos—show a distinct preference for the top 5 classes.

Take the Raven 2 Tower of Chaos ranking, which tallies up three times per season, as a prime example. Night Ranger and Divine Caster consistently pull in high shares there as well. However, the absolute peak records tend to be held by Gunslingers. That said, the proportion of Gunslinger rankers is tiny. The same went for Assassin, the top record-holding class before Gunslinger made its debut. Aside from Warlord, the less popular lower-tier classes generally project the image of high-skill picks chosen by a small handful of elite experts. Conversely, the top-tier classes practically guarantee reliable performance.

Global Class Share

In the global region of Raven 2, every class except the undisputed king at number one, Divine Caster, experienced share fluctuations. The biggest mover was the runner-up, Night Ranger, pocketing a solid 1.4 percentage point gain. That more than makes up for the 1.2 percentage points it dropped last week. Berserker is also cruising along nicely, charting a gentle upward curve for two consecutive weeks.

Elementalist, however, is facing a bit of a crisis. After rallying with a 0.5 percentage point gain last week and looking rather chipper, the class suddenly suffered a hefty 1 percentage point loss. As a result, the gap between Elementalist and sixth-place Gunslinger has shrunk to a razor-thin 0.3 percentage points.

Guild Dungeon Ranking Records

Guild Dungeon rankings are strangely quiet. Even considering the recent season reset, a mere 145 guilds managed to cement their names on the in-game leaderboard. Only 6 guilds cleared stage 5, while a paltry 30 cleared stage 4. You can genuinely feel just how many powerhouse Raven 2 guilds shipped off to Battle World. This chart hits home far more directly than any of the others.

Claiming the crown for Guild Dungeon rankings is Villains on Mare - Mors, having conquered stage 5 in 10 minutes and 15 seconds. In second place we have ING, followed by MushindaNaekkeo in third. The guilds that managed to clear stage 5 are pretty much the usual suspects constantly popping up on Ancient Citadel and Siege participation or victory lists. With the Battle World event drawing to a close next week, we can expect this chart to slowly crawl back to its old self.

So, how are things looking in the Battle World Guild rankings? A total of 29 guilds made the cut, with 19 of them managing to crack stage 5. South Korean guilds seem to hold the lion's share of representation here, given that 16 of them sport Korean names. The peak record belongs to GuardRoyalNaekkeo at 5 minutes and 24 seconds. A similarly named RoyalNaekkeo used to be a heavyweight top-tier guild back in the South Korean region. It will be fascinating to see how the charts shift once these high-scoring guilds march back home.
