NEXUS Co., Ltd. announced that it held a board of directors meeting on the 10th and resolved a third-party paid-in capital increase targeting KT, LG Uplus, and Certik (HCIC LLC). Through this paid-in capital increase, a total of 2,151,443 shares are scheduled to be issued, which accounts for 2.51% of the total issued shares. NEXUS Co., Ltd. will raise approximately 3,797,300,000 won in funds through this.

This paid-in capital increase is carried out in connection with the One Store stake transaction of NEXUS Co., Ltd. KT and LG Uplus signed a One Store stock purchase agreement on the 10th, and the transaction will be closed with the payment on September 14. Through this, NEXUS Co., Ltd. has secured major stake transaction partners of One Store as strategic shareholders.

Previously, in June, NEXUS Co., Ltd. acquired an 89.03% stake in One Store held by SK Square, Naver, and others. At that time, SK Square, Naver, and others participated as investors in NEXUS Co., Ltd., and when the paid-in capital increase and One Store stake transaction are completed, the stake ratio in One Store of NEXUS Co., Ltd. will expand to 95.88%. A 1-year lock-up period will be applied to the new shares allocated through the paid-in capital increase, and the payment will proceed on September 18.

NEXUS Co., Ltd. plans to accelerate the platform expansion strategy after the integration of One Store by securing strategic partners in the telecommunications and security fields as new shareholders through this capital increase.
