Look, let's be honest—Nexon has rolled out the first wave of MapleStory's autumn update today, featuring the brand-new epic dungeon Aurum Regis and the Personal Burning event. Players can now dive into fresh dungeon content alongside character growth support events and skill system overhauls.

The new epic dungeon Aurum Regis is tailored for characters at level 290 and above, spanning a total of five stages. The core strategy here involves manipulating the special skill Erda Magnum to smash objects or exploit boss monster weak spots. Clear the dungeon, and the developer will shower you with massive amounts of experience points, alongside Sol Erda, Dense Sol Erda's Energy, and Sol Erda Pieces.

Plus, running until November 18th is the new burning event dubbed Personal Burning, which doles out missions and rewards tailored specifically to character progression. Characters at level 260 and above can jump in, receiving a custom ladder of 30 growth missions based on their level and experience points right at the start of the event. Hit the goals for each stage, and the developer rewards you with hefty XP payouts and Personal Coins.

On top of that, the Personal Boss Mission lets players rake in XP for slaying weekly boss monsters, while wiping out the special monsters known as Personal Flames in level-range hunting grounds grants reward points to swap for items. Running concurrently through the autumn season is the event Visitors of the Argo, where players can explore the backstories of eight of Jern Darmoor's apostles.
