Actoz Soft announced on the 28th that the company plans to carry out a cash dividend of 5 billion KRW as part of its shareholder value return efforts. This dividend marks the very first cash dividend pushed forward since the company went public. The expected dividend yield reaches approximately 11%, placing it right at the top tier of current dividend yields.

The scheduled record date for the dividend is set for December 31, 2026. To secure tax-exempt dividend financial resources, Actoz Soft plans to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 2 and push forward a plan to transfer a portion of capital surplus into retained earnings.

Since this dividend is scheduled to proceed as a tax-exempt reduction dividend, shareholders can reasonably expect tax benefits. Including the cancellation of approximately 400,000 treasury shares carried out last March alongside this year-end cash dividend, the total scale of shareholder returns reaches approximately 7.2 billion KRW.

Gu Haibin, CEO of Actoz Soft, noted that following the previous treasury stock cancellation, the leadership judged it crucial to present a predictable shareholder return direction amidst a shifting market environment, prompting the announcement of this cash dividend. The CEO added that the company will continue reviewing the ongoing execution of shareholder return policies to strengthen competitiveness, elevate corporate value, and reward the trust of shareholders who have believed in and supported the company thus far.
