Com2uS announced on August 13 that Summoners War: Sky Arena is hosting the "SWC2026 Star Players' Pick! Nat 5 Monster Summon Event." Running until November 15, this event gives players a chance to summon the very monsters used by competitors in the global esports tournament SWC2026.

Throughout the event, for every three missions completed, participants can summon a natural 5-star Fire, Water, or Wind monster actually used by the SWC2026 Open Qualifier South Korean champion and regional finalists. A total of 82 monster types are in the pool, with up to 23 summon opportunities available. Players can then ultimately pick and keep just one monster from their summoned list.

In addition, completing two missions grants 40 "SWC2026 Badges," up to a total of 800 badges. These Badges are seasonal items gathered through SWC2026-related events like live broadcasts and match predictions. Based on the accumulated badges, players can exchange them via the "Badge Road Event" for various items such as SWC2026 Scroll, Legendary All-Attribute Scroll, Legendary Attribute Scrolls, and Devilmon.

Meanwhile, SWC2026 wrapped up its America Cup in Toronto, Canada on August 11. On August 17, the Asia-Pacific Cup featuring South Korean competitors will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, while the World Finals to crown the global champion are scheduled for November 14 at the KBS Arena in Seoul.
