Com2uS announced on August 19 that YEONHONG-187 claimed victory at the Summoners War World Arena Championship 2026 (hereinafter SWC2026) Asia-Pacific Cup. Following this, GLE took runner-up, and South Korea's BEAT.D secured third place, thereby finalizing the contestants advancing to the SWC2026 World Finals scheduled to be held at the KBS Arena in Seoul on November 14.

Held on August 17 at centralwOrld in Bangkok, Thailand, the Asia-Pacific Cup featured eight players who passed their respective regional qualifiers. They competed in a best-of-five, single-elimination tournament format.

YEONHONG-187 advanced to the semi-finals by defeating OSADASAN 3-1, and then reached the finals with a 3-0 victory against VISHA. In the final match, YEONHONG-187 secured a 3-2 victory against GLE after a tight battle reaching the fifth set, claiming the championship on the main stage on the fourth attempt.

Notably, BEAT.D has a history of claiming the championship at the SWC2018 World Finals held in Seoul back in 2018, making this the second challenge for a world champion title. Medals and prize money were awarded to 1st place YEONHONG-187, 2nd place GLE, 3rd place BEAT.D, and 4th place VISHA according to their ranks, among whom the top three are advancing to the World Finals as Asia-Pacific regional representatives.

Meanwhile, with this Asia-Pacific Cup, all regional preliminary schedules for SWC2026 have wrapped up, completing the 12-player lineup for the World Finals. SWC is a global e-sports tournament featuring Com2uS' global hit mobile RPG 'Summoners War: Sky Arena' as its official discipline.

SWC2026 will host its World Finals at the KBS Arena in Seoul on November 14. The final 12 selected players will compete for the tenth world champion title of 'SWC'.
