Kuro Games announced on October 19 that the open-world ARPG Wuthering Waves is teaming up for a special collaboration with Lotte Cinema. Running from October 19 until November 1, the partnership invites players to dive straight into the game's distinctive universe and meet favourite characters right inside the cinema.

Centred around the theme of enjoying movies with Wuthering Waves at Popcorn Cinema, special combo meals featuring exclusive merchandise alongside popcorn and drinks will be available across 20 Lotte Cinema locations nationwide. The participating branches include major spots such as Konkuk University, Gimpo Airport, Nowon, Sillim, Yeongdeungpo, Yongsan, and World Tower in Seoul, among others. The Wuthering Waves Random Shaker Acrylic Keyring Combo Set includes a medium popcorn, one drink, and exclusive merchandise, priced at 15,900 won. The Wuthering Waves Tapestry Combo Set comes with a medium popcorn, one drink, and exclusive merchandise for 41,000 won. Both the random shaker acrylic keyring and the tapestry can also be purchased individually.

Over at Cinepark on the 7th floor of Lotte Cinema World Tower in Seoul, a special pop-up event titled Wuthering Waves Cinema Week is open for business. Visitors can drop by to take part in various missions and interactive programmes designed to forge some solid memories. In particular, pre-booked visitors can embark on a stamp tour completing six on-site missions. At the Wuthering Waves Cinema Box, visitors can watch game and concert footage while tackling trivia challenges, while Fox's Riddle features diverse activities such as magnetic puzzle building and a chain-unlocking challenge. Additional interactive zones include the Review Message Wall for leaving impressions and the Royal Seat Photo Time for getting that cheeky snapshot.

Cosplay events and social media verification campaigns are also running on-site. Pre-booked visitors can catch cosplayers portraying Fox's Constellation and Breaking Dawn, while walk-in visitors can try their luck at winning prizes through social media check-ins. A random photocard kiosk is also up and running for attendees. Meanwhile, the pop-up merchandise zone stocks a colourful array of limited items reflecting the game's lore, including holographic acrylic stands, random acrylic keyrings, character magnets, photocards, and desk mats. Generous purchase bonuses are also up for grabs: spend over 30,000 won to receive two random SD stickers out of ten designs, and spend over 100,000 won to bag an additional SD acrylic clip out of two designs.
