During the October Solo Raid Altruia, a total of 15 Nikkes were unanimously picked by all top 50 ranked commanders. For Burst 1, we saw Favorite Item Rosanna, Little Mermaid, Favorite Item牡丹, Liter, and Anis: Sparkiling Summer. Burst 2 featured Nayuta, Arcana, and Crown. Meanwhile, Burst 3 brought out Favorite Item Privaty, Anis: Sparkling Summer, Liberalio, Cinderella, Neon: Vision Maker, Maiden: Ice Rose, and Isabel.

The premier squad composition for this Solo Raid is undeniably Isabel and Arcana. Rankers mostly leaned towards Anis: Sparkling Summer, Arcana, Isabel, Favorite Item Flora, and Cinderella. Some crafty commanders even swapped out Favorite Item Flora for Crown. Rosanna also stole the spotlight as a core pick, though to pull this off properly, her Favorite Item needs to be at least Stage 2. Reaching Stage 2 grants Rosanna a handy 30-second damage-received increase effect against Water Code targets. Even at Stage 1, hitting basic attacks 500 times grants an attack buff lasting 30 seconds if the target is marked. At level 10, this stacks up to an insane 22.61% per stack, capping out at a staggering 10 stacks. Thanks to this, Rosanna is finally shining in a Solo Raid for the very first time since debut.

Among Burst 2 Nikkes, the roster included versatile buffers like Mint and Freca, alongside Mast: Romantic Maid, Anchor: Innocent Maid, Ade: Agent Bunny, and defence-ignoring buffers Takina and Mari. Mast was deployed solo this time rather than as part of a classic set. Despite Takina sporting an Iron code, her phenomenal defence-ignoring buff secured her a cozy spot alongside Ein and Ade.

Burst 3 also saw plenty of non-Electric Nikkes making the cut, including Liberalio, Favorite Item Privaty, Snow White: Heavy Arms, Cinderella: Crystal Wave, Diesel: Winter Sweets, and Favorite Item Helm. Most of these boast stellar baseline stats regardless of element. Expect to see these heavy hitters stick around in future Solo Raids, so make sure not to miss out if limited units like Cinderella: Crystal Wave or Diesel: Winter Sweets ever get a rerun.

This isn't Altruia's first rodeo. Back in its maiden voyage, the shields were stubbornly thick and the defence buffs were out of this world, giving veteran commanders quite a bit of anxiety when the stats first dropped. The main twist this time is the altered element pool. Plus, among the weak-point Electric Nikkes, we have absolute menaces like Ade and Ein who specialize in ignoring defence altogether.Toss in Flora, who recently soared to new heights thanks to her brand-new Favorite Item, and commanders came fully locked and loaded.

Perhaps all that meticulous preparation paid off because players tackling the challenge difficulty are casually dismissing the boss as an absolute punching bag. Unlike last time, those pesky shields are crumbling to dust in no time. Just keep in mind that there is no 'Core', meaning minigun-style Nikkes and relevant skill triggers might not function as expected. With the perceived difficulty plummeting, the IN 3% score cutoff is skyrocketing by the day.

The mechanics you actually need to watch out for are the Saint's Halo part destruction and the Phase 2 five-hit barrage. The Saint's Halo spawns in sets of two three times, totalling six parts—and if you fail to smash them all, Altruia enters an invincible state. Since no damage goes through, it's an absolute nightmare for score-chasing Solo Raid runs. While destruction isn't overly difficult, sniper rifles and launchers can occasionally whiff due to awkward reload timings, so exercise caution.

As for the Phase 2 five-hit wipe, having Crown, a reliable healer, or a shield provider lets you weather the storm without taking cover. However, if your cover HP or Nikke health is already battered from previous mechanics, expect a total wipe or a few casualties. Check your squad's vitals before diving in. Since the boss strikes five times, alternating between taking cover for two hits and face-tanking the remaining three is a solid tactical approach.

Champion Arena Top 8 Ranker Squad Nikke Pick Rate

The Champion Arena BETA season finals have officially concluded. Exactly 11 Nikkes were universally adopted by every single Top 8 ranker. Unlike the chaotic 64-round brackets, Noah achieved a clean 100% pick rate among the final eight. Meanwhile, Laplace: Ultimate Hero—previously thought to be the undisputed meta pick—failed to maintain that 100% presence compared to the previous season.

Furthermore, rankers who bravely rolled the dice on Drake: Great Villain and Queen (Makoto)—both making their debut appearance in this grouping pool—unfortunately bit the dust in the Top 8. Rounds 1 and 3 both boiled down to a solitary Nikke barely clinging to life. Round 1 featured a chaotic slugfest between Anis: Sparkling Summer and Snow White: Heavy Arms, both lingering under Blanc's Indomitability buff, with Anis: Sparkling Summer ultimately clutching out the survival due to a slightly better-timed buff trigger.

In Round 3, against a Laplace: Ultimate Hero deck, all of Shai's squad bit the dust except for Nayuta, while the opponent suffered the exact same fate with only Laplace: Ultimate Hero standing tall against Nayuta's onslaught. The whole point of the Laplace: Ultimate Hero composition is sweeping the enemy with a devastating burst. Unfortunately, since Nayuta survived and Laplace: Ultimate Hero lacks adequate basic attack prowess, the latter folded instantly.
