Swedish indie studio Mana Brigade has announced that the multiplayer party game Plushie Party is heading to Steam.

Plushie Party is set in a ruined arcade where players control worn-out stuffed animals competing against one another. The victorious plushie gets repaired and finds a warm home, while the loser gets tossed into a shredder and reduced to mere stuffing.

Supporting two to six players, the title packs over fifteen minigames unfolding inside arcade cabinets littered with collapsing floors and sudden traps.

Developed using Gemu, an engine by a Swedish game engine startup, the game delivers realistic plushie damage through destructible physics. It boasts physics-based slapstick action, tearing stuffed toys, dynamic soft-body destruction, and smooth online play.

Mana Brigade plans to set Steam wishlist milestones to introduce brand-new minigames. Players can also hop onto the official Discord server to vote on upcoming minigames.

Plushie Party launches in the first quarter of 2027 with full Korean language support. Playtest applications are currently open via the official Steam page and other channels.
