Com2uS has rolled out a brand-new guild content update, 'Holy Relic Defense', for the MMORPG 'Zeus: The God of Pride', which is developed by AButton and serviced by the publisher themselves. This Holy Relic Defense is a massive cooperative battle mode where up to 60 guild members can jump in together.

The core loop of the Holy Relic Defense involves fending off relentless waves of monsters to protect precious relics and eventually taking down the final boss. By blending relic protection with boss-slashing mechanics, the developers are giving guildmates a neat little reason to actually work together for once.

The battlefield for the Holy Relic Defense features three holy relics, and the skirmish unfolds across a total of six phases—five standard monster waves followed by a final boss wave. As the phases tick up, nastier beasts spawn, including sneaky targets that bypass your characters to attack the relics directly. According to the publisher, this makes role assignment and priority targeting among guildmates absolutely crucial for survival.

If all three relics bite the dust, the run ends right there, though you still walk away with rewards scaled to your progress. Slay the final boss, and you get a sweet bonus loot drop. Even if you wipe, retry is fully on the table, letting the guild refine their tactics and push further next time. The Holy Relic Defense runs every week from Monday at 5:00 AM until Tuesday at midnight, complete with a call-to-arms dispatch feature so guildmates can drop in autonomously. It all makes for a rather deep slice of cooperative guild PvE.

To celebrate this update, Com2uS is running a fresh batch of events. Knocking out missions like guild donations, squashing guild jar monsters, diving into the Holy Relic Defense, and flattening guild raid bosses will net you guild coins and collection equipment chests, among other goodies.
