The desktop companion game 'Wuwa Tappo', created by the developer behind Bongo Cat, has officially launched.

Kuro Games officially released 'Wuwa Tappo', a 'Bongo Cat'-like desktop assistant program utilizing the universe of Wuthering Heights, on August 26. Built under an official license from Bongo Cat developer iQiyi Games, Wuwa Tappo brings the Resonators of Solaris to life as everyday desktop companions.

Wuwa Tappo features interactive elements where onscreen characters tap along to your keyboard rhythm in real time. Beyond solo enjoyment, it supports multiplayer for up to 20 users, letting you gather multiple Resonators on a single screen with mates. For collectors, there are over 200 characters, 100-plus accessories, and more than 500 exclusive emotes.

Kuro Games is handing out a starter bundle for Wuwa Tappo players. The default offerings include two classic Rover characters—male and female—along with one Avey accessory and eight Avey emotes covering joy, fighting, agony, blankness, anger, surprise, intimidation, and pride. Additional collectibles can be secured by opening treasure chests packed with varying tiers and types of rewards.

Your inventory can hold up to two unopened chests, and once both slots are full, timer tracking pauses temporarily. To celebrate the official launch, early special rules guarantee that the very first chest yields one character, while the second chest is guaranteed to drop an accessory. Exclusive emotes for specific figures will only drop into your loot pool once you actually own that character first.

Meanwhile, Wuwa Tappo launches completely free of charge with official English language support.
