Nexon announced on October 29 that it had rolled out a Halloween season update for Sudden Attack. The fresh patch brings a spooky makeover to the fan-favourite map Folk Village, alongside a proper pile of new content.

First off, the Folk Village battleground has been given a Legend of Hometown themed coat of paint running until November 12. Throughout this period, wiping out enemies in both Folk Village and 3-Supply-Halloween will net you Halloween Coins based on your cumulative kill count. Players can hoard these coins to trade for goodies like NA-94(IS) Blackcastle, BombTechKit II Coffin, and 500 SP, or try their luck at snagging brand-new items such as the Candy Basket Bag and Bat Swarm Art Grenade. Fancy extra coins? Just wrap up the weekly challenge quests.

Running concurrently is a new mercenary event featuring Bread the Mercenary. By ticking off daily missions or burning some in-game SP to gather enhancement passes, you can level up Bread all the way to stage 10. Grinds at a PC bang will toss extra passes your way, and you can even lean on SP-fuelled boosters to speed things up. Buffs kick in right from stage one based on your current tier, scaling up nicely as you climb higher.

Alongside the update, Billlie member Tsuki joins the roster as a brand-new character. Split into Chic Tsuki and Bloody Tsuki sets, the Tsuki characters are up for grabs via multicounts. To celebrate, Nexon is handing out a Permanent Tsuki Character Selection Ticket to anyone who stacks up 300 days or more of the character from multicounts by November 12. Hit another 300 days, and you can choose between another selection ticket or the Prime Skeleton & Pumpkin Witch character, while an extra 600 days unlocks a [S]Tsuki Guaranteed Ticket.
