Netmarble announced on the 29th that it has rolled out a fresh update for the collectible RPG Seven Knights Re:BIRTH, introducing the brand new hero Judas alongside a host of other additions. This latest patch brings in Judas and an awakening for the existing hero Lee, while also giving the Infinite Tower and Arena systems a proper overhaul. On top of that, the publisher has kicked off the 'Re:BIRTH Day' pre-celebration campaign running until December to mark the 1.5th anniversary, promising a relay of weekly themed events and perks for players.

The newly unveiled hero Judas steps onto the battlefield as a versatile dealer belonging to the Abyss Apostles. Judas boasts a kit designed to crush opponents through sheer, raw firepower. Meanwhile, the veteran hero Lee has finally received an awakening feature. As a defensive tank holding down the fort in guild war defense decks, Lee utilizes health conversion and healing mechanics to secure a vital edge in grueling deck-vs-deck clashes.

To celebrate the update properly, Netmarble is hosting a barrage of events. Through the '1.5th Anniversary Ruby Festa', players who log into the game for 14 days will pocket a total of 15,000 rubies as push rewards. Furthermore, the '1.5th Anniversary Abyss Box Event' lets players earn Abyss Boxes simply by playing the game, which can then be cracked open for generous loot like equipment and accessory growth materials, plus Tuning Crystals. Depending on how many Abyss Boxes get opened, players will also score raid dealer gear and crafting talismans as bonus gifts.

Alongside all this, a fresh scenario event titled 'Apocalypse of the Forsaken' has dropped into the game. Players can clear story and challenge stages to bag legendary heroes Aris and Baek Kak, signature equipment, exclusive gear for Judas, and glowing skill enhancement stones.

Content updates round out the patch nicely. The Infinite Tower has seen its maximum floor count bumped up from 400 to 450. The Arena system has also received a massive tune-up; the regular Arena now features a brand new league promotion and relegation system layered on top of the existing tier structure. Additionally, the former upper-tier Arena has been rebranded as the 'Event Arena'. This mode introduces special rules like 3v3 battles and accessory restriction modes, complete with new victory point rewards to sweeten the deal.
