Com2uS Holdings announced on the 30th that it has added free downloadable content to Fatal Claw. Through this update, a difficulty selection feature and a new mode have been introduced to Fatal Claw, expanding the game's combat and adventure elements.

First, the new difficulty selection feature is provided in three stages: 'Explorer (Easy)', 'Warrior (Normal)', and 'Trial (Hard)'. Depending on each difficulty, the protagonist Kisha's stats, monster spawn frequency, and boss attack patterns change, allowing everyone from beginners to experienced players to attempt various challenges. In addition, a speedrun mode, where players can quickly break through specific sections and compete for records, has been added for the first time since the official release.

Combat content and character customisation options have also become richer. Ten new synthesis skills have been added to broaden the scope of combat, and a new outfit for the protagonist Kisha, titled 'Examu's Robe', has been unveiled. In addition, the names of supporters selected through community events have been reflected as in-game objects, and user convenience has been enhanced by improving early-game item acquisition paths and adjusting village shop item selling prices.

Meanwhile, developed by Endeavour Games, Fatal Claw is a Metroidvania-style action adventure game where players explore an unknown underground world with the mysterious cat Kisha.
