Netmarble announced its update plans for the second half of 2025 during the 'Fate/Grand Order' Official Broadcast Lite Vol. 04 held on the 30th.

The roadmap includes the 'Grail Front ~Castle of White Thousand, Castle of Black Night~' event on July 7th, quality-of-life updates on August 27th, and a broader outlook for the latter half of the year.

The 'Grail Front ~Castle of White Thousand, Castle of Black Night~' event features a mechanic where the map shifts between day and night, altering stage content and difficulty to provide a tactical gameplay experience. The event runs from July 7th to July 28th, and a pickup summon for the 5-star Servant Ptolemaios will be held during this period.

Quality-of-life updates include improvements to the special pickup summon system, ensuring the pity count persists beyond the second rotation. Additionally, features such as a counter for remaining summons to reach the guarantee and an indicator for currently owned 5-star (SSR) Servants will be added. Furthermore, buttons to navigate between different summon screens will be added, and a '100x Summon' button will be introduced for Friend Point summons.

Quest-related features are also being improved. A new roadmap feature will be added to organize reward lists for Main Quests, Pseudo-Singularities, and Ordeals, and a recommended support party system will be introduced.

Additionally, AP consumption will be refunded upon battle defeat, and features will be added to jump directly to upgrade menus or to locations where items required for Servant enhancement, Ascension, or Skill upgrades can be obtained. Other planned updates include daily Command Spell recovery at midnight and additional filter options for Craft Essences.

Along with these, the studio announced major update plans from July to December, including the Autumn Campaign, the Chuseok commemorative event, and the 8th-anniversary celebration.
