Google announced that starting the 10th, the 'Circle to Search' feature will be supported while playing mobile games. Circle to Search helps users quickly find the information they need without closing the game, allowing them to continue their session seamlessly.

First introduced by Google last year, Circle to Search is a feature for Android devices that allows users to search for information across the web and receive AI-powered insights without switching apps, simply by circling, long-pressing, or tapping on the screen.

Circle to Search, which has been used for music identification, real-time translation, and providing AI answers about on-screen content, is now expanding to mobile gaming. When you are curious about a new character or need a strategy for a boss fight, you can use this feature to check relevant information immediately without exiting the game.

Android users can long-press the home button or navigation bar, then circle or tap the area they are curious about to view an AI Overview containing information about the on-screen content. This includes various relevant information, such as recommended videos that help with game progression. Circle to Search is currently available in countries where AI Overview is supported.
