Wemade's subsidiary, This Means War, is preparing for a Steam playtest for its upcoming PC FPS title, 'Black Vultures: Prey of Greed' (hereinafter 'Black Vultures').

As Wemade's first FPS game, Black Vultures tells the story of special ops soldiers who, disillusioned by the endless nature of modern warfare, have abandoned their chain of command to fight for personal survival and wealth.

The game features ▲ visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5 ▲ limited respawns upon death ▲ a team-based loot extraction system ▲ a 'Cargo Rush' mode centered around a three-faction power struggle ▲ and realistic weaponry with extensive customization.

The Steam playtest is scheduled to run from the 26th to the 28th, targeting players in North and South America. Servers will be accessible from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM KST. Plans for an Asian regional test will be announced at a later date.

The Black Vultures development team has improved the game based on feedback from the domestic Focus Group Test (FGT) held in April. This test aims to verify combat balance and handling. The AI-powered combat analysis tool 'Viper', currently in development with Nvidia, is set for a reveal at a later date.
