It is time for the [Meca Ranking] of 'B&S Revolution'. The upper echelons of the combat power rankings are becoming increasingly eclectic. Minor classes like Warlock, Destroyer, and Assassin are making waves in the Attack Power category, while Bard and Astromancer are surfacing in Defense. All these classes represent single-digit pick rates—excluding the recently buffed Destroyer—meaning they account for less than 10% of the population combined. It seems our top-tier players are finally doing some serious theory-crafting. Let’s dive into the combat power fluctuations by class to see how things have shifted.

Average combat power in both categories saw a healthy jump compared to last week. Attack power climbed by roughly 50,000, while Defense rose by about 15,000; the average Attack power is now knocking on the door of 3 million. Among the more popular classes, the Soul Fighter and Destroyer are setting the pace. The former has already smashed through the 3.06 million mark in Attack, while the latter leads the pack at 3.172 million. In Defense, both are also cruising well above the average with 2.52 million and 2.54 million respectively.

Class population shifts have entered a period of stagnation. While the decline is minimal, the Gunner and Archer are the ones losing the most ground, dropping 17 and 18 players respectively, with a corresponding dip in average combat power. It appears the rising prevalence of the Destroyer—a class that thrives against ranged units—is making life difficult for these long-range specialists.

Combat power rankings and class preferences for the new server 'Munjeonseongsi'

The ceiling for Attack power in the Munjeonseongsi server is all over the place. While players are still in the heavy leveling phase and constantly tinkering with their builds, the sheer growth acceleration is inflating their stats significantly. This week's overall combat power leader is 'Gwa-jeup-cheon-sa', who has powered past 4 million Attack. It’s an absurd growth rate for a new server. As they also hold the top spot for Hongmoon level, few in the server can currently challenge their dominance.

Meanwhile, the popularity of classes like Twinblade, Gunner, Soul Fighter, and Ghostblade remains neck-and-neck, each holding between 10% and 12% of the population. The Summoner, which ruled the roost in the early days of the server launch, has slid down to 5th place, though it still enjoys a much higher pick rate here than on other servers.

Mythic-grade Guardian Spirit special option statistics

The landscape for Mythic-grade Guardian Spirits remains as calm as a summer pond. With shifts in usage rates hovering between just 1% and 4%, there is no evidence of a meta shake-up or groundbreaking new research. While Jecheon Daeseong and Torimwang traded 4 percentage points, it is negligible. It is safe to assume this is just standard gear-swapping.

The fluctuations in special options are simply a byproduct of the aforementioned shifts in Guardian Spirits. As Torimwang usage rose, the popular 'Harsh' option saw a 6% point increase. Conversely, as Jecheon Daeseong dipped, the 'Life' option fell by 4% points. Despite the shuffling, the 'Intense' option remains firmly in the top spot, so the meta is far from broken.

The lead for Ancient-grade Guardian Deities has changed hands once again. The Awakened Poharan, which has maintained a consistent share for a long time, has successfully reclaimed the top spot, taking advantage of a 5% point dip in usage for Admiral Silvercloud.

However, this looks like a temporary fluctuation. The notable takeaway is the rise of the PvE powerhouse, Muk-hwa-ma-nyeo Jin Seo-yeon. If the Awakened Poharan or Yeok-wang Hong Seok-geun—both of whom compete in the same niche as Admiral Silvercloud—had seen a massive surge, we could call it a meta shift. Since the combined growth for the pair is a measly 1% point, it is best not to read too much into it.

Ranker build of the week

Munjeonseongsi combat power #1 'Gwa-jeup-cheon-sa'

For our build of the week, we return to the new server, Munjeonseongsi, to analyze the setup of 'Gwa-jeup-cheon-sa', who has been holding the top spot in combat power consistently. With a total combat power of approximately 6.69 million and an Attack stat exceeding 4.04 million, this player is not only the undisputed leader of the server but is already rivaling veterans from older servers. Leveling remains the only hurdle, but the build completion is already top-tier.

For the current best-in-slot 'Jucheon' gear, the weapon and necklace were prioritized. Seeing the Mythic 'Jinwol' earring upgrade complete suggests the player is now gunning for the full Jucheon set. While many refinement options are still at the L-grade, the player is systematically upgrading them after finishing the Mythic tier upgrades. The priority was clearly the weapon's Pierce stat, now refined to U-grade.

The Martial Art Badge setup uses the textbook Gunner combo of 'Heavenly Horse/Advance' and 'Jin-hyeon/Repair'. By pairing 'Pacheon' to boost long-range firepower with 'Spiral' to suppress enemy healing, the player has maximized offensive efficiency. Note that the Martial Art Badge refinements are set to 'Chaos - Pupil Tremor - Chain Bomb'.

B&S Revolution user poll

In our last poll, we looked at the preference for the newly added Mythic-grade accessory slots: Rings and Bracelets. Rings are excellent for boosting offensive stats like Pierce or Crit, while Bracelets are the go-to for defensive utility. Effectively, it was a battle of Attack versus Defense.

The result? A 7:3 split in favor of the Ring—offense wins the day. Looking at the actual setups of top-tier rankers, most are upgrading both, but the Ring usage rate is slightly higher. The user poll just made that preference even clearer.
