The seemingly eternal dominance of the guild 'Cheolgeo' is finally facing a formidable challenger. The protagonist is 'Oneulmansanda', a name we highlighted just last week. They managed to clinch the top spot on both Monday and Tuesday, effectively creating a serious rival for the guild that once had a monopoly on every day of the week. While 'Cheolgeo' still holds the overall number one position, they would be wise not to rest on their laurels.

In the individual rankings, the player 'Bitjonghwan', who stood at 15th place last week, has surged to the top spot in a single leap. Individual rankings are notoriously volatile, but to see someone jump from outside the top 10 to first place in one go is unprecedented. Here is a summary of the turbulent week in the SKRB Siege Battle.

A New Rivalry Brewing?

While 'Cheolgeo' remains the leader in the total siege score, looking at the daily breakdowns reveals some cracks; they failed to secure 1st place in every siege, finishing 2nd twice and 1st five times. That said, they still maintain a comfortable lead of roughly 30 million points over the second-place guild, 'Oneulmansanda'. It seems losing the top spot twice a day isn't enough to dethrone them just yet.

Interestingly, for the first time since we began tracking, the top 10 lineup has remained static. While the order shifted, every guild from last week managed to hold their ground. 'Sena' (4th) and 'Jibae' (5th) each slid down one spot, while 'Nangman' (9th) vaulted up to 4th place. The guild that suffered the most was 'Bambit', which saw a three-step decline.

The New One-Man Army: Bitjonghwan

The individual rankings for the fourth week of July saw a wave of new faces. All eyes are on the top spot, occupied by 'Bitjonghwan' of the 'Oneulmansanda' guild. By boosting their score by 4 million points in just seven days, 'Bitjonghwan' leaped 14 places from 15th to the summit. It is truly a remarkable feat. Furthermore, players 'Hyungrang', 'Akrim', and 'DokTurtle' have successfully entered the top 10.

Regarding guild composition among the top rankers, 'Cheolgeo' leads with four members, followed by 'Oneulmansanda' with three. The remaining spots are held by members from 'Arine', 'Gamseong', and 'Byeolbyeol'. Notably, 'Gamseong' is appearing in our rankings for the first time since we began tracking. It will be interesting to see if they can maintain this momentum in the coming weeks.

Weekly Siege Battle Results for July, Week 4

Here is the chart for the weekly siege results. As mentioned, 'Cheolgeo' stumbled early, failing to claim 1st place on Monday and Tuesday, trailing by 3.2 million and 2.2 million points respectively. Fortunately for them, they managed to sweep 1st place from Wednesday through Sunday, successfully defending their overall lead.

Despite a shaky start, 'Cheolgeo' finished strong by achieving the first SSS grade at the 'Castle of Hell'. Following closely is 'Byeolbyeol', who increased their score by approximately 4 million compared to last week. If this upward trend continues, 'Byeolbyeol' might just be the second guild to claim an SSS grade.

Siege Battle Pick of the Week

This week, we look at the 'Castle of Death' siege party. As of the fourth week of July, the highest recorded score was 3,397,773 by 'Kimgeoni' from the 'Jibae' guild. Among the top 30 individual rankers, 28 are utilizing a party centered around the (Old) Seven Knights (hereinafter Old Sena), with only two exceptions.

The top-scoring setup consisted of 'Jin - Pai - Taka - Rina - Ace'. 'Jin' is essential due to immunity against silence, while other heroes are focused on maximizing 'Taka's' damage output. 'Pai's' skill, 'Agnia's Spear', provides a 29% defense reduction upon enhancement, and the passive 'Rising Flame' offers a 17% physical vulnerability debuff, which scales up to 20% when enhanced. 'Ace' provides further defense reduction and physical vulnerability, while 'Rina' buffs damage and critical damage while also reducing enemy defense. These debuffs stack; the secret to a high score is timing 'Taka's' skills perfectly to coincide with these windows.

However, 'Pai' is notoriously one of the hardest Old Sena heroes to acquire in SKRB. For those who haven't recruited 'Pai', there are alternatives. Two of the top 30 rankers opted for 'Rachel', who applies both defense reduction and physical vulnerability debuffs with a single skill, while her three-target attack also delivers solid damage. Another option is 'Lee', who offers physical immunity and a taunt to mitigate 'Dellons'' attacks, providing more stability. If you lack 'Pai' and haven't fully built 'Rachel', 'Lee' is a highly accessible and effective substitute.
